GREENWICH WALK

 

The Friends have arranged an all-day walk (or perhaps more of a stroll) between Greenwich and Canary Wharf, with time for lunch in Greenwich before we head off to the Isle of Dogs

 

This will be a five to six hour walk, starting at 11.00, with a stop for lunch as described above. We can accommodate up to 40 Friends, so book early to avoid disappointment.  Paul Surma, from the London Transport Museum, will be our guide; and those of you have been a walk led by Paul will be aware he always delivers a very entertaining and informative description as we stroll along.

 

The cost will be £15 per person. Please send your request to attend preferably by e-mail to helen.friendstrips17@gmail.com. If you have been successful in gaining a place on this walk, Helen will advise you by e-mail. Once you have received confirmation that you can take part, please send the amount per person, along with your name or names, LTM Friends’ membership number(s), mobile contact details and, most importantly, a number to call if we have to contact somebody in an emergency to Helen at 2 Hillcrest, The Green, Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, RH17 7AD.
