The diesel fleet come to the fore for three Spring days of fantastic action over our challenging gradients with up to 8 locomotives in action! Featuring visiting locomotives, class 50, 50021 "Rodney", class 73 E6040 (73133) and class 14, 9529, alongside the home fleet of locomotives.

The annual East Grinstead Country Bus Running Day. Over 25 buses will be operating regular services over the usual variety of destinations. Add the date to your diary and please share the event link. programmes will cost £10.00

Epping Ongar Railway - 160th Anniversary Weekend
We mark the 160th anniversary of the opening of the railway line from Loughton to Ongar, alongside the Ongar Town Show! We expect two steam locomotives from our home fleet, together with class 20 diesel locomotive, 20227, in London Transport livery and visiting class 73 electro-diesel locomotive...

Acton Depot Open Days: All Signals Green
Join LTM for a celebration marking 200 years of the UK’s railways and 25 years of Transport for London at the first Museum Depot Open Days of the year! This three-day extravaganza invites you to explore the rich and exciting collection of over 320,000 objects.

Route 418 Heritage Day
Between 10 am and 5 pm the London Bus Museum will be running heritage buses dating from the 1950s to 1970s alongside the normal daily service on route 418, between Epsom and Kingston.

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre - SHOWBUS
We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting SHOWBUS 2025. This is the UK’s biggest annual Bus Rally, which is returning to Quainton! There will be the opportunity for visitors to ride on some of the exhibits around the local countryside.

100 Years of Swanley Bus Garage.
Swanley Garage, code SJ [for Swanley Junction], opened by the East Surrey Traction Co. in 1925, is one of only three London Transport Country Area garages still in use for its original purpose.
