Between 1997 and 2004, Ian Critchley was General Manager Aircraft Services responsible for the British Airways Ramp operation at Heathrow.
“Looking back at that time now, the highlight for me was my involvement with Concorde. In my talk I want to share with you some of the story of the most beautiful aircraft ever”.
