FRIENDS SUCCESS AT ACTON

London Transport Museum Friends had another successful presence at the four-day Depot Open Weekend  between 19th and 22nd September.

Sales revenue at the Friends' Store topped £7,000, bringing recepits from the sale of donated books and other items of donated transport memorabilia to over £30,000 in the year so far.

46 new Friends were recruited, either "on the spot" or subsequently on line.
