London Transport Museum's prototype Routemaster RM2 briefly returned to servcie on route 406 for a special running day organised by the London Bus Museum on 9th June..
RM2 was joined in service between Kingston and Redhill by some twenty other heritage buses. It was crewed by volunteers from the London Transport Museum Friends.
RM2 is seen at the former Reigate garage, from which it briefly operated in 1957.
