London Transport Museum's gold-liveried RT 4712 was at Barking on Saturday 30th March to take part in the heriatge bus running day to mark the passing of 40 years since RTs last operated in regular passenger service from Barking garage.
RT 4712 operated in fares-free passenger service on re-created routes 23c and 62 between Barking and River Road and Chadwell Heath.
The bus was crewed by volunteers from the London Transport Museum Friends.
