STOCKWELL BUS GARAGE OPEN DAY

London Transport Museum Friends took two of the Museum's heritage buses to the Stockwell Bus Garage Open Day: K 424 and NS 1995. These vehicles joined a line up of other heritage and modern vehicles inside the listed building, which is a striking example of the use of reinforced concrete as a structural medium.

The Friends' sales stall also attended and did good business, generating £337 in receipts.
