FRIENDS' MEMBERSHIP HITS RECORD LEVEL

A packed house at the Friends' Annual Members Meeting on 9th May 2016 heard from Chairman, Barry LeJeune, that membership numbers had reached an all-time record.

The meeting heard how 2015 had been another highly successful year for the Friends. Not only had membership numbers increased, but the Friends had continued to give extensive support to the London Transport Museum's activities; and Friends had their own extended programme of members-only events, including meetings and visits. Friends had also benefitted from proirity booking for Museum events, including the popular programme of Hidden London tours.
