FRIENDS OFFICE: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All members of the Friends' voluntary management team are now working from home and are not visiting the office at Albany House. Messages left on the Friends' phone numbers will not be picked up.

The Membership Team are hopeful that they will be able to keep most membership functions running, working from home.

This should include renewal reminders; but please take a moment to check your membership card to see whether your renewal is due. If it is, please pay in one of the following ways, unless of course you pay automatically by Direct Debit. Ideally, pay on line via the Friends' website; or send a cheque or your credit card details to Pat Tilly's home address:10 Riefield Road, London SE9 2QA, where payments will be securely processed. Please do not now send any mail or payments to the Friends Office at Albany House (or to our old address at Covent Garden). If you do (or have already done so) there is likely to be a considerable delay in processing payments and cheques sent there. Don't worry. You will remain on the membership list.

We may also have problems amending Direct Debit instructions. If any incorrect payment is collected, we will arrange any necessary refund or adjustment in due course.

The Spring 2020 issue of Friends News is now available on line. To read it, please go to the Members Area of this website. We plan to produce and distribute an updated printed version of this issue of the magazine in June 2020.

All Friends' meetings and outings are cancelled until at least the end of August.

Many of you will know that the Museum has had to close down until further notice, along with The Canteen and Shop at Covent Garden; the Library; all forthcoming Hidden London tours; and Depot visits. This includes the planned April Depot Open Weekend. Please keep an eye on the Museum website for updates.

The Museum Shop is still open on line.
