RESHAPING & BEYOND AT EPPING ONGAR RAILWAY

Following its appearance at Brentford, London Transport Museum's Merlin single-decker also attended the Epping Ongar Railway's Autumn Bus Rally on Sunday 9th September with the theme of "Reshaping & Beyond”. This recalled  the substantial changes made to the London bus network in the late 1960s and early 1970s, initially with the introduction of high capacity single-deck vehicles. The Museum's MBA 582  is seen here in a line-up of similar vehicles.
