FRIENDS RUN AMERSHAM BUSES

London Transport Museum Friends operated heritage buses on Sunday 9th September to support Amersham Heritage Day and the Museum's 1938 tube stock runs.

The Museum's Green Line Routemaster coach RCL 2229 operated journeys in the morning between Amersham station and the Old Town, supported throughout the day by privately owned RTW 467 (also operated by Friends' volunteers) and by other buses from the Amersham and District Motorbus Society.
